Bartłomiej Szyniec is the committed founder and dedicated CEO of Deadly Rabbits Concepts, a growing hospitality company making its mark across two continents. Born and raised in post-communist Poland, Bartłomiej's strong work ethic and determination were shaped by the challenges he faced, moulding him into the resilient entrepreneur he is today.
Driven by a deep-rooted passion for the hospitality industry, Bartłomiej pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from the respected Dublin Institute of Technology. This solid academic foundation, combined with his extensive hands-on experience, has provided him with the knowledge and insights necessary to lead Deadly Rabbits Concepts forward.
As the driving force behind the company's growth, Bartłomiej has overseen a series of successful projects and openings across Hong Kong and Poland, each one reflecting his leadership and commitment to excellence. His unique perspective and innovative approach have contributed to Deadly Rabbits Concepts' position as a growing presence in the hospitality industry.
This cross-border experience led Bartłomiej to found the Poland Hong Kong Business Association, creating a platform to support other entrepreneurs and professionals navigating the same opportunities he had discovered.
Tiffany Liu brings over nine years of international business experience to her role as General Manager of Pickle Solutions, where she leads cross-border business services between Poland, Hong Kong, and Greater China. With a Bachelor's degree in Events and Leisure Management and extensive expertise in event management, MICE industry operations, and international trade facilitation, Tiffany has developed a deep understanding of what makes international partnerships succeed.
Her career has taken her across multiple countries and continents, building operational frameworks across the events sector, hospitality industry, and cross-border trading environments. Beginning in the MICE industry, Tiffany developed expertise in managing large-scale events and conferences that brought together international stakeholders.
Before joining Pickle Solutions, Tiffany held senior roles in both the events and hospitality sectors where she successfully launched new market entries and developed innovative service approaches that became models for expansion. She also gained valuable experience in cross-border trading operations, learning the complexities of supply chain management.
